As explained in the blog post,the no annual fee Xbox Mastercardwill allow you to earn points as you spend. The points can be spent on games and add-ons at xbox.com. For anyone enticed, take note that there are terms and conditions. The card is only available to customers in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii from September 21.
