Skybound Entertainment and tech company Those Beyond have partnered to createThe Walking Dead: Solve to Survive. It’s a trilogy of puzzles for fans of the franchise to solve, and will be exclusively available through the Skybound Insiders program.
Below is the release date for each part ofThe Walking Dead: Solve to Survive. This game will run over the course of a few months, which should leave enough time for as many fans as possible to participate.
At the time of writing, I’m still waiting for Part 1 to begin. Based on the trailer for the game, it looks like we’ll be given a set of information to work with and will need to answer a question or puzzle within a certain time frame. The fact that each puzzle will require role-playing, puzzle-solving, and text chat interactions suggests players might even need to take on specific roles and interact with one another to find some of the solutions required.
Skybound Entertainment has confirmed that players will be able to earn exclusive merch, Skybound Insider points, and exclusiveThe Walking Deadprizes by playingThe Walking Dead: Solve to Survive. These haven’t been revealed at the time of writing, but I’ll include a list of everything on offer as soon as the first part of the game goes live.
