So if you’re picking it up on day one, these barebones patch notes (classic Nintendo) might actually benefit you. The company notes explain that the patch “fixed some problems for a better gaming experience,” which could be anything from quality of life fixes to bugs. In any case, weshouldin theory have a smoother experience playing it this weekend.
Pokemon Legendswill sell, it’s already selling out in some cases/outlets, but the real test is how it’s received in the eyes of the public.Pokemoncould benefit from an actual shakeup, but the big question is whether or not theLegendsformat is enough. Given how safeSwordandShieldwere the bar has been lowered for many, but there are plenty of opportunities here to knock it out of the park.
In which case, could future mainline games use this same setup? It’s a fascinating time to be aPokemonfan, that’s for sure.
