That’s why, not-attorney as I may be, it doesn’t seem right that the UCLA School of Law (an establishment full of attorneys and prospective attorneys) is using Harmonix’s trademarks to promote its event. Harmonix called UCLA out on it in the tweet embedded below, but there’s a winky face at the end so you know it’s not really serious....

Power to the Players According to new data from industry analysts GfK, the UK saw a massive surge in the sale of PlayStation 5 (PS5) hardware and software in February 2023, with the numbers suggesting an increase of around 316% over the same period in 2022. The data, (as reported by GamesIndustry.biz), recognizes that the massive increase in hardware sales is down to two defining factors: the PS5 become more readily available to purchase online and in the high street, and the launch of Warner Bros....

Audiobooks are fantastic because they allow you to read on the go. Whether it’s chores around the house, light work, staying fit with a run, or weight training, you can boost it all with an audiobook, and I find that mysteries are the best way to stay hooked. There are thousands of mystery books in 2024 and just as many audiobooks. That makes it incredibly difficult to pick ones that you know you will be interested in and will appeal to that sense of intrigue that’s so unique to all of us....

Mmhmm yes, yes You know how annoying it is when developers release major patches for games and kind of just go silent? That’s not what Team Ninja is doing and I appreciate the hell out of it. Nioh 2‘s version 1.05 patch is now live for the only version of the game (PS4), and they gave us full patch notes on Twitter to comb through. The main highlights beyond a ton of bug fixes include quicker proficiency gains when you’re using a weapon that’s lower than your lowest proficiency weapon (encouraging playstyle variety is a good thing, instead of getting stuck in one ecosystem), and some dojo missions require less proficiency....

Free-to-play silliness from TOHO Games TOHO Studios will three free-to-play titles starring the iconic King of Monsters: Godzilla. Available on iOS and Android platforms, the three games will see old nuclear-breath engaged in his trademark activities of smashing cities, battling Kaiju and… competing in foot-races. The first title,Godzilla Destruction, is pretty self-explanatory, and will see players with Doing the Stomp all over a variety of cities and neighborhoods, leave a path of annihilation in his wake....
