Mmmm Cumberbatch While Trekkies may be doubting wether the latest sci-fi/action movie from J.J. Abrams reboots truly deserve theStar Trektitle. I just can’t stop watching the trailer for the upcoming entry,Star Trek Into Darkness. There’s some fighting, crashing, and maybe someone dying, but most importantly, there is Benedict Cumberbatch. The British star, listed as playing John Harrison in the film, is one of my absolute favorite actors! There’s been a lot of rumors spreading on who Cumberbatch’s character is, as well as Peter Weller, whose character’s name has still not been unveiled....

Contraption Maker sounds like more of the good stuff At least in this household,The Incredible Machinewas a PC gaming mainstay. Even to this day, the Rube Goldberg puzzles immediately evoke a warm sense of nostalgia. Something tells me I’m far from alone in that regard, which is why we should all be happy to hear that a spiritual successor calledContraption Makeris in the works for Windows and Mac. Better yet, Jeff Tunnell, Kevin Ryan, and Brian Hahn of the aforementioned series are on board with Spotkin for this project....
The NES library has north of 700 games on it. That’s a lot, but in terms of successful consoles, it’s kind of in the mid-range. It still makes it difficult to choose any number of the best games. That’s probably why no one has been brave enough to make a Top X NES games list. I’m not saying I’m the bravest person in the world, but I am saying I have no shame....
