Not Celine Singer Dion DiMucci has filed a lawsuit against ZeniMax Media over their use of his ’60s pop hit ‘The Wanderer’ in conjunction withFallout 4. The reported $1 million lawsuit claims that the song, which DiMucci signed off on through his label UMG, was used as a backdrop to “…repugnant and morally indefensible images designed to appeal to young consumers” in the game’s marketing campaign. As part of the signing Dion retained the right to pull the song if it was to be used in a way in which he disagreed....

Shortly after learning aboutThe Battle Catsthrough a Japanese Nintendo Direct presentation last year, I decided that rather than wait for the 3DS version to possibly get localized, I’d be better off playing the existing mobile game to satiate my curiosity. In retrospect, that was the right call. Developer Ponos is only now about to release the 3DS version,The Battle Cats POP!, in the West. It’s “coming soon” to the eShop with head-to-head multiplayer and all the silly, scary, leggy, muscular, demonic, messed-up cats you could possibly want....

Players will experience the epic world ofHorizonas the main character Aloy as you run around in Lego form taking on the robotic creatures the world is best known for. It’s a mesh between two worlds I didn’t expect, but actually looks like a good time....

Those that have been reading Destructoid since its beginnings will know that I love the Tokyo Game Show so much that it’s hard for me not to think about it. Or talk about it. Boost away! It looks like the polarizing Platinum Games classicVanquishis heading to the PSN next week. While there isn’t a price set at the moment, the 360’s Games on Demand service has it going for $19.99, so expect a similar pricing scheme. Vanquishis one of the better action games I’ve played this generation, so you should definitely give it a shot with an open mind. You could probably find it for less than what the PSN is going to charge for it out in the wild, but $19....
