$1 million committed to upcoming projects Publisher Humble Bundle announced that it has committed a further $1 million USD to itsBlack Game Developer Fund(BGDF), an ongoing initiative to provide funding and other financial support for projects homegrown projects conceived by Black game developers and Black-led studios. Since its initial inceptionback in 2020, The Black Game Developer Fund has helped to finance over 30 independent developers with the conception, production, and publishing stages of their respective releases....

That’s not the end of the list though, as a tweet from project director Mac Walters confirmed the addition of a photo mode. OnTwitter, Walters posted a screenshot ofMass Effect Legendary Edition‘s photo mode, replete with tabs and options like Focal Length and Tilt. Further details are scarce for now, though technical design director Brenon Holmes confirmed in the replies that this photo mode willwork across all three gamesand isaccessible through the mission computer, so it’s available any time you can pause....

True Achievements is stating that a demo forMega Man 11will go live on September 4 on Xbox One. It’ll involve the double gear mechanic and Block Man’s stage, which basically puts it inline with the build shown at E3. Given how well that was received and that the version on display was basically the final build, I’m looking forward to it....

Red Dead Redemption 2has, to date, shipped 23 million units since its launch in the Fall of 2018. 17 million of those copies shifted in the first fortnight of release, an amazing, if not wholly surprising feat....
