TodayNintendo released its financial resultsfor the fiscal year ending in March 2022, and as usual, it contains a few nuggets of info, among confirmations and reconfirmed release dates. According to the document,Bayonetta 32022 is still the plan.
It feels like it’s been a lifetime since it was teased, and the time has come to finally get it out into the world. Eight months ago the reveal trailer slapped a “2022” window on the game at the end, and as of today, they’re seemingly going to stick with that unless something catastrophic happens.

Here is everything Nintendo confirmed today in terms of 2022 Switch release dates:
TheBayonetta 32022 reconfirmation wasn’t the only thing of note. Of course, those are just the marquee games that Nintendo wanted to promote the most: there are other titles coming out in 2022 and beyond. In the document,Breath of the Wild 2still has a “spring 2023” window,Metroid Prime 4is still “TBA,” andAdvance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Campis still in a “TBA” state.
