JRPGs getting out-JRPG’d by KRPGs
Just aesthetically,Peria Chronicleslooks better than all these budget, tropefest JRPGs that fill time betweenPersonainstallments. And it’s more impressive when you realize that this is a (Korean) MMO with a full customization suite similar toLandmark.
Some of it is rough and the editable environment textures are bland, but other bits shine bright. Those monster designs giveNi no Kunia run for its money, though the latter focused on a consistent, rounder, cuter, and more minimal look.

As far as I’ve been able to find, an English client is not being made, but I’m interested in all the lovely Korean games that we’re seeing out of G-Star, likeGhost in the Shell Online. And we looked at the better-than-Diablo-yLost Arkyesterday. I look forward to my trip to Korea to attend next year’s G-Star. Please?
