How to increase Renown level and Town Rank in Fields of Mistria
To start with, the Town Rank will be Wood. To increase this rank, you’ll need to earn Renown, which can be earned in the following ways:
At the end of each day, you’ll see how much Renown you earned on the summary screen (shown above). After the summary screen, a progress bar will appear showing how close or far you are from increasing your Town Rank. Each rank has 10 Renown levels, so you’ll increase your rank when you hit Renown levels 10, 20, 30, and so on. In total, there are currently nine possible Town Rank levels, with the final Town Rank level likely to be added in a future major update.

Leveling up your Town Rank will earn you many rewards. These rewards range from simple bags of Tesserae to cosmetic items and furniture. Rather than going directly into your inventory, rewards for increasing Renown level and Town Rank must be claimed by interacting with the Treasure Chest next to the Request Board in the center of Mistria town (circled in the image above).
Here are all of the rewards, separated into the different Town Ranks to make things a little easier to digest:

Emerald
Gold
Diamond is currently the highest Town Rank it’s possible to achieve in Fields of Mistria. The final Town Rank, known to be Mistril, will unlock with the next major update when the final 20 floors of the Mines are added and Mistril becomes a gatherable resource in-game.
