All Quassus Prime Relics in Warframe
First, these are the Relics needed to run a chance at getting the Quassus Prime.
This weapon will require two Handles and two Blades since they are technically two fans as a melee weapon. That being said, now you need the Relics to get them, listed below.
The best Meso Relic farm
If you play either Ukko or Oxomoco in the Void, they can be completed in mere minutes. They are slightly higher in level than Teshub and Hepit, which are often target-farm areas for Liths.
This farm also doubles as a way to get Neo Relics. It’s almost a 50/50 chance of getting one or the other.
The best Neo Relic farm
Along with the Meso method that doubles as a Neo method, the best way to get this tier of Relics is to farm the Disruption mission, Apollo, on Lua. Reach Round 3 by only defending one of the four Conduits. Let the others fall.
Doing so will guarantee an A-rotation reward, which are all Neo. After the third round, there are no more A-rotation items, so you can extract and repeat.
The best Axi Relic farm
Before quitting your run on Apollo, every round after the third can net you consistent B or C-rotation rewards. Optimal rewards come from B as it cuts out the C rotation rewards of Lua Lens and Universal Medallions.
Best general Relic farm
As you gain Standing with your Syndicates, you can trade that in for Relics packs from their shops. Aside from that, there are vendors from the open-world instances who also sell Relic packs for their respective Standings. They are as follows:
For all Syndicate vendors, their rates for Relic packs are 20,000 Standing for one pack. So get grinding!
Lastly, if you are on the Steel Path difficulty in the game, you’re able to trade in 15 units of Steel Essence per pack to Teshin on any Relay.
