Fun isn’t one of them

While Bungie isn’t just yet revealing all of the juicy details on what returningDestinyplayers will get inDestiny 2,they have gone ahead and shown off some ofthe emblemsyou can unlock. I know everyone was just clamoring at the bit for how they will be able to show off their names in-game, but I suppose something is better than nothing.

Basically, these emblems amount to finishing “Moments of Triumph” from year one and two ofDestinyalong with finishing some things inRise of Ironand amassing a Grimoire score of 5,000. I mean, considering that last one is incredibly easy to do, I don’t think anyone is going to have an issue achieving that emblem.

In addition to that news, Bungie announced that any PS4 exclusive content inRise of Ironwill be available on the Xbox One version starting in October. PreviousTaken Kingcontent that was exclusive will also make its way onto the Xbox 360 from the PS3 at the same date.

Last, but not least, Bungie has set the dates for the final “Iron Banner” and “Trials of Osiris” for the first game. The Iron Banner will host its final gauntlet on August 1 and Osiris will reach its conclusion on August 11. While I’ve participated in plenty of Iron Banner events, I really don’t see the appeal of Osiris. That being said, I’m sure there will be some kind of special reward for competing in this last hurrah!
