And there was much rejoicing!

It seems that after all thewhining and complainingI did uponHearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft‘sinitial iPad release (which wasn’t worldwide, coincidentally) Blizzard decided to go ahead and release it globally today, which makes me a happy panda. Not a Pandaren, the regular kind.

Hearthstonefor iPad is completely free, just like the PC edition. There’s also an incentive for playing on the go that you’ll definitely want to get your paws on. There’s a free pack of cards waiting for new players who complete the introductory missions on iPad, then jump into a game afterward. Veterans will receive the pack of cards as well simply by starting a game in either the Play, Arena, or Practice mode. Okay. Sign me up.

If you’re already super intoHearthstoneon PC and want to take the show on the road, you definitely can. Your progress and card collection are shared across all devices, so don’t be afraid to leave the house.

Download the apphereand be prepared to lose. Or realistically, win against me every time. I’m not good at it.
