Euro peeps get a special Fire Emblem-themed 3DS XL
Our friends across the pond were treated to a slightly different Nintendo Direct then we were. Amongst the European-exclusive announcements was a trio of hardware bundles for the upcomingMonster Hunter 3 UltimateandFire Emblem: Awakening.
WhenMH3Uhits on March 22, both the Wii U and 3DS versions will have their own special sets. The Wii U set is identical to the one thatlaunchedlast year in Japan, which includes a Deluxe console, a copy of the game, and a Pro Controller. On the portable front, users can purchase a black 3DS XL withMH3Upre-installed; though it’s not part of the bundle, the 3DS XL Circle Pad Pro will also go on sale the very same day.
AmericanFire Emblemfans have been enjoyingAwakeningfor a week now — if you canfind a copy, that is — while Europeans have to sit tight until April 19. The wait will be worth it as you’ll be able to snag a blueFire Emblem-themed 3DS XL that likewise has the game preloaded.
No word on whether any of these will show up here. TheZombiUbundlefinally made it, so I wouldn’t rule anything out.
