How’s that panning out? Well, today’s trailercertainly makesEiyuden Chroniclelook promising, to say the least. The video spotlights protagonists Nowa, Seign, and Marisa, as well as tons of characters to recruit and team-up attacks.

There’s also a home base to build out and fill with your growing roster of companions, as befitting a follow-up toSuikoden. Those, plus special attacks like the Magical Girl technique we saw and a pirate shark too, make it look like there’s a lot of variety in the cast.
