Greetings, comrades! Defend motherland from blue capitalist robot by purchasingMega Man 4soundtrackand showing what Soviet power can do! Ahhh… Cold War stereotypes. I miss ’em!
I only informed you of theMega Man 3OSTrelease two days ago, but we’re moving right along to Mega’s battle against the blackmailed Siberian scientist, Dr. Cossack. The fourth game sports the longest soundtrack of the six NES titles, and though some consider the tunes to be very high quality, this is where I started to see some slippage. But that’s just me.
Like the first three albums, this one also contains the music from theComplete WorksPlayStation release. But whereas the first three games only replaced some songs with arranged tracks that originally appeared in theThe Power BattleandThe Power Fightersarcade games,MM4through6were given total top-to-bottom soundtrack makeovers. Nice.
