Blame Jim
Blame Jim. Kidding. Blame Capcom for not polishing up what was, at least to me, some pretty solid ideas forResident Evil 6. The game didn’t do so well this year, which has forced Capcom to cut its financial forecast for this year.
Gamasutrasays that 3.3 billion yen ($39 million) was cut from Capcom’s estimated profits this year as sales ofResident Evil 6have “subsequently weakened” after the launch period. It makes sense: numbers for one of their flagship games fell short, so overall financials also will.

Speaking of flagship games,Monster Hunter 4has also been delayed from March 2013 in Japan until later in the year.
