While this may seem like a no brainer, everyBlazBluetitle pastChronophantasmahas axed dubs in favor of cutting costs for localization. I’m guessing the inclusion of characters fromRWBYspurred Arc System Works into preparing an English voice-over for the rest of the cast to keep consistency.
If that wasn’t enough, you can even toggle the voice acting between Japanese and English on a per-character basis. This was shown during a live stream event where two members from Arc System Works confirmed that dub will be in while playing with characters fromRWBYusing both English and Japanese options.
