To build a champion team inMadden 25‘s Franchise mode, you’ll have to pay plenty of attention to player tags and motivations.

Tags and motivations will play a part in both the development of a player and how long they will continue on your team. While EA Sports has made some changes in this year’s Franchise mode, I have discovered the same tags and motivations so far. Let’s take a look at all of them and their respective roles in Franchise mode.

Tags help to differentiate between players and how they react with different factors. For example, the the Award Winner tag makes any Free Agent a lot more attractive if they have won a seasonal award. Similarly, other tags could help an athlete develop quicker and improve their in-game attributes.

All Madden 25 player motivations

Motivations can be considered as the other side of the coin, as they determine how the athletes react in the game.

verify to pay attention to the motivations of players on your roster. Some of them might refuse to renew their contracts, while other athletes with fair motivations will be easily tied down to a long contract.
