Tags and motivations will play a part in both the development of a player and how long they will continue on your team. While EA Sports has made some changes in this year’s Franchise mode, I have discovered the same tags and motivations so far. Motivations can be considered as the other side of the coin, as they determine how the athletes react in the game.
