The official Detroit: Become Human Twitter account has some choice words for Xbox fans

‘Stay away,’ is what I’d go with While fanboys and fangirls may have no filter when it comes to insulting their opposition, usually professional or official Twitter accounts have some form of decorum for poking fun at their competition. I guess whomever is running the account for David Cage’s next “masterpiece,”Detroit Become Human, failed basic PR classes. I have no idea how this got by anyone. In the now removed tweet, you can see that clearly someone over at Quantic Dream isn’t exactly a fan of Microsoft or Xbox....

The Witcher 3’s 1.09 patch will include PS4 performance fixes

Minor stuff If you’re sick of hearing ofThe Witcher 3, you’re going to have to deal with it for quite a while longer, as CD Projekt Red is in overdrive mode with this game, even months after launch. In addition to a ton of swift patches that have fixed numerous issues with all three versions, there’s another patch on the way (1.09) that should be dropping soon. It contains a “massive” amount of changes, and seems to be aimed particularly at improving the performance of the PS4 version....

These custom Tearaway creations are SOOOO CUTE

Pierce the heavens! Tearawayis such a wonderful little game, and it brings in the player like no other. Remember in the snow level when it asks you to draw snowflakes? I made a pink penis instead and the skies were filled with pink penises. It was great! I don’t nearly have enough patience to make anymore more detailed than dick shapes, butothers sure have been busymaking wonderful little designs of the main playable character....

These new PS Vita models sure are pretty

Straight from the TGS show floor Look at all the pretty colors! Sony has an all-glass display in front of their booth showing off all of the upcoming PS Vita models here at TGS 2013, including some of the special releases. TheFinal Fantasy X / X-2special model is calling my name despite the horny skinny dipping scene on its back. I really want that white/blue model too. This Fallout: New Vegas mod cleans up the Strip, taking it back to ‘its original concept’

Okay, it’s confession time. Who else felt a little underwhelmed when they first entered the Strip inFallout: New Vegas? The game is magnificent in pretty much every way – and we are playing a post-apocalyptic game set after a nuclear war – but it does feel like the game’s biggest feature needs a bit of freshening up. Nexus Mods user Qolore7evidently felt the same way. Bringing us a more cleaned-up version of the famous location, “Lived-In Strip” intends to breathe new life intoFallout: New Vegas‘ brightly lit and somewhat seedy landmark....

Vampire Survivors patch 1.8 is bringing a “narrative” Adventures mode

Vampire Survivorshas always brought the lore butlacked a real narrative, but that ends withPatch 1.8. As part of the update, “Adventures” mode is coming, giving some story to chew on. That might be stretching it somewhat. The Adventures are remixes of content already in the game. They look to be separate microcosms of the main game, giving you a separate batch of unlocks. To shoot for. Each one follows part of the cast as they go through missions and tackle sidequests....

With easy expansion toggles World of Warcraft: Shadowlandsis still coming “this fall,” and it’ll bring hundreds of hours of extra stuff to do. WhileWoWplayers are probably champing at the bit to see if the story is any good (knock on wood), for the meantime we can gaze at the new companion app: which is actually looking pretty great. You can now eat Xbox One burgers in Hong Kong

Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger! Can I take your order? Everyone has their morning rituals. Some people need their coffee. Others jog. I peruse Japanese websiteGigazinehoping to see pictures of bizarre and wonderful foods. It’s rarely videogame related, so I haven’t shared this rite until now, when I awoke to photos of an Xbox burger joint. It seems someone at Microsoft believes in the old proverb “the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach,” as the company is running an Xbox One promotion at fast food restaurant Triple-O’s in Hong Kong....

You can unlock Overwatch skins with the Summer Games weekly challenges

Weekend at Torb’s I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’ve gotten sun-drunk a few too many times this summer. I’m loving the warm weather, but staying inside to play some video games sounds like an increasingly good idea.Overwatchjust gotSummer Games 2019off the ground and the new weekly challenges are calling my name. The three-week event began today and it’s going to run through Monday, August 5. I’m particularly into Genji’s Kendo-inspired gear, Hanzo’s fresh koi tattoo, and Reaper’s delightfully obnoxious American outfit....

Zelda producer: ‘If we don’t change we might die’

Nintendo wrestling with conservatism, innovation Nintendo made a bold decision to eschew the typical conference at E3 this year, deciding instead to hold a number of several smaller events. True to form though, the company navigated some very safe waters with its software lineup, relying once again almost solely on classic franchises to support its platforms. This dichotomy echoes the outlook ofLegend of Zeldaseries producer Eiji Aonuma, a man determined to leap forward despite being tethered to the past....

10 Best Non-Fiction Books Of All Time You Should Read

If you’re looking for a book to read, it can be easy to opt for a work of fiction, seeking a world to get lost in to escape reality. However, reality is not something I feel should be escaped, and my go-to picks are always non-fiction. Non-fiction books offer an insight into the past, things we’ve not encountered ourselves, or perhaps a way in which to improve ourselves. Factual books are for learning about the world around us, ourselves, and figuring out how not to repeat the mistakes of the past....

160 GB Killzone 3 PS3 bundle confirmed

Killzone 3is due out next Tuesday, and Sony thinks you might need a new PlayStation 3 to enjoy it on. A limited edition 160 GB PS3 bundle is launching alongside Guerrilla’s latest shooter on February 22, and it’ll set you back $299.99. While it’s disappointing that the PS3 unit itself is just a regular, boring one, I’m almost relieved. If that were aKillzone-branded console, I’d be short three hundred bucks by the end of the month....
