Nintendo wins patent infringement case

3DS and DSi cleared Licensing companies Technology Properties Limited LLC, Phoenix Digital Solutions LLC, and Patriot Scientific Corporation had a case against Nintendo for infringing on three of their patents relating to processors and system clocks back in the middle of 2012. The International Trade Commission has confirmed that the 3DS and DSi do not infringe on the patents.
